R/Swift and r/iOSProgramming are 2 good subreddits as well. Hit 'Done' button if you finish the image editing. Use the 7 photo editing features to edit your pictures like enhance, rotate, crop, filters, remove red eyes, etc. Then the editing features in Photos will show up. It’s the most recommended & free resource out there for learning Swift and iOS development. Click 'Image' on the top menu bar of your Mac screen > Tap 'Show Edit Tools'. Having said that, if iOS development is what you’re after, I’d definitely recommend checking out. It won’t let you simply drag and drop a few things to make a whole app. That’s not to discourage you, just letting you know up front that knowing how to use Xcode on its own isn’t enough to do much of anything, since Xcode is basically just an environment for you to write and run code in. By learning how to make apps, you’d learn how to use Xcode, or at least the main parts of it. It sounds like what you’re really after is learning how to make iOS apps, which involves a lot more than just learning how to use Xcode you need to learn the Swift programming language and Apple’s frameworks like UIKit, at a minimum. Honestly, “learning how to use Xcode” seems like a waste of time by itself.
